“Tumen ail coal” LLC has entered into the final definitive agreements with Kincora Copper Limited, a company listed on the Australian and Canadian stock exchanges, for the acquisition of the “Bronze Fox” project in Mongolia.

Upon successful completion of the transaction, “Tumen ail coal” LLC will integrate a highly prospective copper-gold project in southern Mongolia into its asset portfolio. This represents an important strategic step in expanding the company’s operations across mining, energy, railway logistics, and heavy industry.
