“Tumen ail coal” LLC is pursuing the diversification of its mining product portfolio as part of its long-term growth strategy. Within this framework, the Company has successfully initiated a transaction to acquire the Bronze Fox gold-copper project in Mongolia from Kincora Copper, an exploration company dual-listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Bronze Fox project area covers approximately 22,000 hectares in Dornogovi Province and is located within the same geological belt as major deposits such as Oyu Tolgoi and Tsagaan Suvarga.

The parties aim to complete the transaction within 2026.
